This Public Notice is requesting public comments on whether the US Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) and the State of Washington should certify, condition, or deny activities authorized by the new and revised Nationwide Permits (NWPs) issued by the Corps of Engineers (Corps). There is a hearing on May 17 and comments can be accepted until May 26.
