Jun. 18, 2001 The SEPA applications for this week cover a wide range of activities - such as: placing fill in an area within GHC Shorelines Management jurisdiction and GHC Flood Plain Combining Dist, adjacent to delineated wetlands and then something like reopening of an old river channel to the Newaukum River to allow yearly access by salmonids during winter flows.

Even with only limited past information it seems out here in Oakville the rain this year (24.6 in) is well below the 32, 34 and 57 inches of the previous 3 years. We are having a drought!
