This document is the Technical Supplement to the Chehalis River Basin Action Plan for the Identification and Control of Nonpoint Source Pollution . The Chehalis River Watershed Management Project is funded by the Centennial Clean Water Fund through the Washington State Department of Ecology. The Lewis County Conservation District serves as the lead agency for the project, which was awarded to the Conservation Districts of the following Chehalis River Basin counties: Grays Harbor, Mason, Thurston, and Lewis.

Without the members of the Chehalis River Council, this report would never have been completed. Special thanks go to Dave Palmer for months and months of assistance. Dave didn't know he had a second career waiting for him when he retired from IBM.
