Re:          November 17^th meeting materials

Due to a variety of circumstances, this meeting packet is not complete. Normally you would receive the meeting summaries for the CBP, STC, Water Quality Committee and Habitat Workgroup.   The agenda is attached to this memo.

The hiring of Puget Sound Meeting Services has been a huge relief for me, but because we are new to them, our meeting schedule is move up a week, and Valerie is not recovering as quickly as she expected from surgery, they have not been able to expedite delivery of meeting summaries.  In the future, they fully intend to deliver meeting summaries about two weeks from the meeting date.  This is an exception to that rule. 

If I receive the CBP and STC summaries early next week, I will mail hard copies; otherwise you may pick up a copy at the CBP meeting or expect a copy with the next CBP meeting mailing.  Electronic copies will also be sent.
