In order to ascertain which studies or projects will be most useful and worthy of Phase 2 funding in the Chehalis Basin, the following components may be used:

the Detailed Summary of the Level One Assessment

lists of ongoing and future studies in the Basin

matrices of issues and possible solutions for each of the planning elements (water quantity, water quality, habitat, and possibly instream flows)

identification of other funding sources for projects

a planning schedule that allows for as much useful information as possible to be generated by (or before) August
