- Since July 1997 a number of news stories have been written about the risk of contaminated fertilizers. Any contaminates applied to the ground have the potential of entering streams and rivers or movement into aquifers.

Mar. 02, 2000 EPA extends comment period for standards for the use or disposal of sewage sludge.
