Estuary Monitoring Training

The Center for Marine Conservation, with support from the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency, is hosting a series of two-day workshops for leaders of
volunteer estuary monitoring programs. The closest one for Washingtonians
is in Surrey, BC, on February 26 and 27.
Space is still available! Priority registration will be given to leaders of
volunteer estuary monitoring programs located and operating near the
workshop sites.
NO REGISTRATION FEE!
To facilitate the participation of local monitoring groups, lodging will be
provided based on need, distance traveled to the workshop, and funding
availability. Participants receiving lodging will be asked to share a room
with one other participant. Limited reimbursement (no greater than $50 per
person) may also be available for travel costs.
