Informational Meeting

This is to remind and/or inform you that there is an informational meeting about the Army Corps of Engineers plans for the ocean beach, South Jetty and Half Moon Bay at Westport, Washington and how these plans will impact the marine, wetland and upland environments.

Agenda February 15

2:30 PM Meet at Westhaven State Park for a brief "field trip" walk through to see what is happening on and to the ocean beaches and Half Moon Bay.

3:15 PM Meet at the Islander Motel, Downstairs Meeting Room 421 E. Neddie Rose Dr. Westport, WA ÿ98595. (360) 268-9166, (800) 322-1740. Refreshments will be served.

3:30 PM Brief presentation of a history of the Jetty and the environment by FOGH (Friends of Grays Harbor).

3:50 PM Presentation by Corps of Engineers

4:10 PM Questions and answers

5:00 PM Adjourn.

7:00 PM You are invited to attend the Westport Surfrider Meeting at same meeting room. Help celebrate the addition of Surfrider's newest chapter.
