Army Corps will explain flood control project Wednesday

Lewis County residents will I have an opportunity to hear about the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' flood-control project during a tri-agency meeting at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday inside Kitchen No. I at Fort Borst Park in Centralia.

Chehalis City Manager Dave Campbell announced the Wednesday meeting during Monday's Chehalis City Council meeting.

"This is an important meeting," said Mayor Bob Spahr-, who encouraged all interested Lewis County residents to attend.
