ROCHESTER - The Lucky Eagle Casino will open its new buffet Friday at 11 a.m.
The new Lucky Eagle Buffet restaurant has more than doubled in size from 145 seats to more than 300 seats. The buffet line has also expanded from a 33-foot line with 11 menu selections to a 125-foot buffet line to with about 35 different selections.
The daily menu assortment includes a variety of options including Asian, Italian, Southwestern, and American cuisine.
The buffet also features carving stations where customers will be personally served, along with expanded salad and dessert bars.
The expansion of the Lucky Eagle Casino's buffet is to accommodate the casino's current customers.
An event center, prime rib and steakhouse, and Cabaret Grille are scheduled to open in 30 days.
Though investments are being made into the Lucky Eagle Casino's growth, the Confederated Tribes of the Chehalis Reservation are still hoping to someday build a hotel, convention center and gambling facility along Interstate 5 at Grand Mound.
