Dear Property Owners:

At 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 16 1 became aware Wednesday, July 17, 2002 was that last day for filing comments with Thurston and Grays Harbor Counties in regard to the above application. We enclose a copy of the Comment filed with Thurston County and would advise we taxed the same to Grays Harbor County on July 17. (The majority of you have received the copies by earlier posting).

Early next week I'll be going to Olympia to review the file and make plans for the next move. I will advise you at that time what needs to be done. In order to effectively present a case we may be looking to hire a Hydraulics Engineer to review the Chehalis Tribe's final hydraulic report by Pacific International Engineering.

This process of defense is expensive and I'll have a suggested budget after my review of the documents next week.

We will continue to keep you informed in regard to any action in regard to the above.
