Dear Property Owners:

We would invite you to a meeting of the concerned parties in regard to the above SEPA NO. SEPA020135 for Tuesday, July 30, 2002 at 4:00 p.m. at the home of Richard Hendricks. I will be available for questions and discussion regarding the above application as well as the Comment and Appeal which have been filed.

For those of you who would request directions to the Hendricks home we would suggest that you follow State Highway 12 to Moon Road and turn north. Follow Moon Rd. to 175th Street S.W. and make a left to the west. Once you are on 175 th travel until you see the sign for Black River Repair, Gerald Fagerness and turn right, again traveling north. Once on the gravel road follow until you come to the end of the road and you will have arrived at the Hendricks Residence. For those familiar with the area it is at the location of the former Riverside Nursery. 1 . Photocopy of Notice of Public Hearing for the Thurston County Hearing Examiner.

2. Photocopy of the Appeal of an Administrative Decision, which was filed on your behalf yesterday afternoon with the Thurston County Development Services.
