Proposed Rule

This proposed rule includes a new list of contaminants to be monitored, procedures for selecting a national representative sample of public water systems serving 10,000 or fewer persons that will be required to monitor, the frequency and schedule for monitoring, and procedures for placement of the monitoring data in the National Drinking Water Contaminant Occurrence Data Base, as required under section 1445 of SDWA, as amended. We had difficulty finding it, and now that we have it, the complete set of information is available online.
