Water Quality Management Plan to Control Nonpoint Sources of Pollution

Please comment on our draft of Washington's new Water Quality Management Plan to Control Nonpoint Sources of Pollution.

This document fulfills requirements of Section 319 of the Clean Water Act and Section 6217 of the Coastal Zone Management Act Re-Authorization Amendments. The plan evaluates existing efforts to control nonpoint source pollution and recommends new actions to improve program effectiveness.
