New Exemption to Fees Announced in Federal Register

Effective September 23, 1999, requests for map changes based on flood hazard information meant to improve upon that shown on the flood map or within the flood study will be exempt from fees. This exemption does not include requests that incorporate man-made modifications within the special flood hazard area.

QUICK-2 Version 2.0 Now Available

QUICK-2, Version 2.0, is the latest version of a hydraulic analysis program used to compute water-surface elevations in open channels of all types. This Microsoft Windows-based version is the successor to the DOS-based Version 1.0 that was released in May 1995. It can be downloaded from the web free of charge.

The latest Compendium of Map Changes is now available

Compendiums dating from January 1996 through December 1998 can be downloaded from the web in .PDF format. Each compendium lists all map changes that have occurred during a six month period of time.

1993 Report on Alluvial Fans available
