At 0330 on 2/26/99 there isn't much to do while watching the Black River - Chehalis waters - rising or falling water takes time to show itself.
So here is a view of the recent river levels as of 0330. The Skookumchuck, Chehalis at Centralia, Chehalis at Grand Mound and the Black River east of Oakville have each crested. The Black was last at 3:00 a.m. on 2/26/99
The rain data shown is from a local gage. There have been higher levels of rain elsewhere in the watershed, but there is no consistent reporting by the media, so I only show the gage that I control and log.
